Returns and Refunds Policy

Evergreen Creations prides itself on quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please email prior to purchase with any questions you may have. 

Please keep in mind that, as a one woman, handmade small business, variations in brass and bead colour may occur. I work hard to photograph in natural light with zero photo editing, assuring that what you see is what you receive, however this is not 100% guaranteed. 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, Evergreen Creations is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our earrings for change of mind.

Consumer Guarantee:

As an Australian business,  Evergreen Creations must provide a refund, repair, or replacement if the product has a major fault (are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or don't match their description) under Australian Consumer Law. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All single pairs of earrings will be sent via large letter, with no tracking available. Tracking can be added at an additional cost. Multiple sets will be sent via parcel, with tracking included within Australia.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
